Everything we had was DELICIOUS! For appetizer , we ordered the fried egg rolls, the banh mi and premium pho for two people and that was plenty for us. I have to say, the pho was one of the best phos I've ever had in Vegas. The broth was perfect (not too overwhelming with anise spice or watered down like some places I've been too) and the steak meat was great quality and cooked perfectly in the broth. The banh mi was not your typical banh mi but still delectable and the french baguette was fresh fresh and the perfect texture. Service was excellent, there was plenty of staff and everyone was very helpful, friendly and super accommodating. The interior was designed to look like little wooden stalls with street signs which I thought was a cute concept and gave the feeling of more a private space for each table. Excited to finally find a great pho spot in southwest and can't wait to try out the other many dishes on the menu.

Yay! A new Vietnamese restaurant close to the house with an amazing menu. This is not your typical Pho and Rice dish place. They have a wide range of Vietnamese dishes to choose from, which reminds me of the O.C. I took my mom here for lunch because they had a marinated tofu dish for her to try. She ate the whole thing lol. We were so excited for the Beef Dip and it did not disappoint. The broth for cooking was flavorful and the quality of the beef was on point. It was fun to try and make my roll perfect with a little bit of everything inside. Also, be sure to try the grilled Okra. Can't wait to go back try the escargot.

Food was very good. We ordered the Pho Suon Bo- Short Rib, Bun Bo Hue, Oc huong sot xanh. My husband said the Bun Bo Hue is the better ones in Vegas area. My Pho Suon Bo was delicious, the short rib was cooked perfectly. The snails dish was like a green Thai curry sauce, the snail type was a firmer texture. Workers were nice and gave great recommendations. There is a baby changing table in woman's restroom. Ambiance was nice so my husband and I can talk. I recommend this place and will come again.

It was my first time here and I loved every minute of it. Super friendly service! The prices were reasonable, especially since the portions are big. My friend got the Short Rib Pho ($19.95) and I got the Pho Dac Biet ($16.25). We also got the garlic butter escargot ($15) and it was honestly a fun experience. I never had the Vietnamese version of escargot, but I'm glad I did. It was delicious! Both their Pho was FULL of flavor and less heavier broth than other pho places I tried. The short rib was super tender and came off the bone nicely. I love how they add a lot of noodles. I left that place not hungry at all. Since we checked in, we got a free drink. I got the Green Thai Tea and it was pretty good. It woke me up for sure. If I'm ever in town again, I would definitely go back here :)

I'm disappointed that it took forever to try this restaurant out. I've heard great things from a couple friends of mine. First thing first, i went this restaurant two days in a row because that's how delicious the food is. What my family and i has eaten and did NOT disappointed; Peach Lemongrass Pork Patty Spring Roll Escargot Beef Carpaccio W/ Cracker Grilled Squidw/ Sate Sauce Special Pho Pho Dac Biet Shaking Beef Rice Everything was full of flavor, perfect amount of spices, heat, and giving that good food dance! All the sauces the food came with was delicious, LOVED it! Along with eating delicious food, the customer service was excellent! It's always appreciated when they check on everyone and how their meal is. From the wonderful food and the customer service , the only downfall is their cleaning. Upon cleaning the tables, i would also advise to get another clean cloth to wipe down the seats. The two times i've been here, the booth seating always have food. I had to wipe them down myself with all those crumbs and stuff. That's the only unpleasant part. They're lucky the food was delicious!

Saigon Corner was incredible! The food and service was incredible. Shaken Fries, Grilled Beef Bahn Mi, and the Beef Shortrib Pho were so delicious. Our soup had SO much protein in it with all of the shortrib meat. The service was great as well. We will definitely be back.

I saw this restaurant when I was at Foxtail and decided to try it out, I was not disappointed! I was drawn in by the hot stone pho, which turned out to be very different from regular pho restaurants that I've been to in town. I have been looking for a new pho restaurant in town and finally found a good one! The Hot Stone Pho was delicious, and the actual broth by itself already was very good. Try the green sauce, it has a very interesting flavor that complements the meat well. The Banh Mi was also very good, toasted well and very filling. And the Egg Roll was very flavorful as well. Everything that we tried was done well. And if you are an escargot fan, they do have an extensive selection of escargot dishes, although it's not my thing. At the end, I had the Salted Coffee, highly recommend. This is a great place for lunch and dinner and a great addition to Las Vegas!
